According to Together We Increase, daily, 1,200 children enter foster care in the USA, a life that is often filled with stigma as well as uncertainty. To combat this, TWR combines volunteers to help children in foster treatment, and also to encourage family members to adopt. Just what’s most unusual, however, is exactly how young all the volunteers are:
“In 2008, TWR wased established by college students after one of their classmates discovered that their 9 year-old cousin was residing in a vehicle,” describes TWR. “They wished to do something yet they came across some challenges due to the fact that they were all under the age of 21. Government companies rejected their assistance because of Federal rules. There were no companies like TWR that welcomed youths to join their initiatives.”
2 years back, TWR began to publish pictures of newly adopted children to Facebook as well as Instagram. The response was significant. See a few of their delighted pictures here, or if you have a happy image with your adoptive household, feel free to share it listed below!
